Electronic Visit Verification

As of September 1, 2024, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) requires all caregivers to use

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems to document in-home or community-based services.

For more information, refer to the Minnesota DHS EVV compliance policy.

Community Choice uses Pavillio EVV app, which is compatible with various devices, including smartphones,

tablets, and computers. Community Choice encourages it employees to use EVV to ensure compliance.
